Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Attach a copy of the original invoice. We will refund your money to the same credit card you used to buy the products.
3Send the order to the following address:

4After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to store@hansfreightliner.com.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

 

I. Items should be returned within 14 calendar days

Customers have the right to return any purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives.
The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and notify the sales department by sending an email to store@hansfreightliner.com

II. Items cannot be returned if they are installed

All returned items should be in their original condition. Items CAN NOT be returned if are installed, modified or misused. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.

III. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items

We charge 20% of the purchased item's value for all returned items. This cost covers all our restocking expenses.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

IV. Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and notify the sales team.

V. Non-returnable items

ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS … including but not limited to Starters & Alternators, Electric Fuel Pumps, Modules, Sensors and Switches. Special Order items, Custom or Cut to Size items such as hose are non returnable. Gasket sets are also non returnable once they have been opened.
